The DFW Host Club is run by a group of local indie talent that range from voice actors to game designers. Commoner's Festival is a one-day event of summer fun for anime fans! The DFW Host Club will be providing live stage performances, field-day type competitions, carnival-style games, and plenty of vendors to get your anime-fix and live the Summer Episode of your dreams. While the event is based on the anime Ouran High School Host Club, you don't need to be a fan to enjoy the event and all it has to offer!RSVP on Eventbrite for free and receive a free ticket for our special raffle when you check in at the event!

Where will the event be located?
The Commoner's Festival will be taking place on Saturday, May 21st, 2022 at the Carrollton Amphitheater, 2035 E Jackson Rd, Carrollton, TX 75006.What time is the event?
The event is from 1pm to 7pm.How much does it cost to attend?
The event is free to attend! Things such as merchandise, game tickets, food, etc, will have an additional cost up to the individual vendor. All stage performances will be free, and there will be other activities to enjoy! Come and support your local art and anime community... and of course, the DFW Host Club!Where do I park for the event?
There are two places to park. One is at the City Hall parking lot on the same street just a couple of minutes walk from the stage. The other is across the street at the shopping center Plaza I of Josey Ranch. You'll find Albertsons, Fruitealicious, and other shops there. It is only a five minute walk to the Amphitheater. Be careful to NOT park in the Carrollton Police lot, which is between the Amphitheater and City Hall!Can I bring my kids there?
Yes, this event is for all ages!What about my pets?
Since this event is on city park property, animals are allowed. We ask that you leash your animals for the safety of other participants and performers.Sounds fun! I want to help!
You can help by spreading the word about the Commoner's Festival on social media, signing up to be a vendor, volunteering at the event, or, just showing up and having a good time so we can throw other events!

The Brat Prince is the Leader of the Host Club and all-around creative savant. With a Youtube channel full of cosplay and voice acting videos, an active Instagram account and always buzzing with royal nonsense, this budding influencer is always looking for the next business and creative venture. Check out their work in both game design and voice acting!
Ace
Co-founder of the Host Club and cosplay advocate, Ace can be found shouting in all corners of the internet to represent cosplayers of all kinds. They are also an award-winning cosplay competitor and can be seen on the Brat Prince Productions YouTube channel with their cooking show: Killer Meals with Katsuki.
Almonds
Both compassionate and calculative, this Capricorn cutie can be found in cosplay on the internet or having fun at various concerts and raves. Check her out as her persona, Maid Peach, at a convention near you!

The Host Club's resident himbo, Ansel is a top-tier butler not only because he looks so good in his costume, but because he can actually bake! Why don't you drop by one of our events and try his amazing food? ;)
